You acknowledge that all content of Dive It, Share It, including Dive Logs, Images, Comments and Articles existing in individual users' accounts is posted and maintained by said user and is in no way endorsed by the management of Dive It, Share It unless explicitly specified.

As a user of Dive It, Share It, you must agree not to use Dive It, Share It services to:

• upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that is illegal, abusive, pornographic or otherwise objectionable
• upload any content which isn't related to scuba diving
• upload content which is inaccurate or which breaches copyright
  

You acknowledge that the Management of Dive It, Share It will make the ultimate interpretations and rulings about whether or not Content violates the above statutes or is inappropriate for the website.

You acknowledge that Dive It, Share It does not pre-screen all Content, but that Dive It, Share It and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that violates this Agreement.

You understand that all Content posted to the Dive It, Share It system or otherwise transmitted via the Service is the sole responsibility of the individual who originally posted the Content. You agree that Dive It, Share It will not be liable, under any circumstances and in any way, for any errors or omissions, loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted or otherwise transmitted via the Service. You agree that You must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content.

Dive It, Share It reserves the right to preserve and disclose Content posted to or transmitted via the Services if reasonably necessary to:

• enforce this Agreement
• comply with a legal process
• protect the rights, property, or personal safety of any party.

Dive It, Share It does not claim ownership of any Content you publish on your Dive It, Share It account. When you publish your Content on the Dive It, Share It systems, you grant Dive It, Share It an unlimited license to store and present it. By publishing Content on your Dive It, Share It account you grant Dive It, Share It a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit and display the Content (as well as permit others - including without limitation Dive It, Share It co-brand, content and syndication partners - to do the same)

For purposes of identification, you must provide Dive It, Share It with a valid email address. 

Dive It, Share It and The Dive It, Share It "Blue Diver" Logo is under full ownership of DiveItShareIt.com's managing parties. DiveItShareIt.com's services, name or likenesses may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not DiveItShareIt.com's.
